Tug requires an entry-level Programmatic & ATL Executive to join our growing Media team. We are a results driven agency that treats all clients equally – no matter what their budget, our objective is to continually improve their campaigns. We have a wide range of clients across many interesting verticals. Tug offers its clients integrated PPC, Media Planning & Buying, SEO, and Social Media solutions. We are a fun, ambitious and innovative digital agency looking for an energetic professional.
This role would be ideal for someone who has recently graduated from university, or someone who decided not to go down that route and wants to get into digital marketing and advertising.
Line Manager: Programmatic & ATL Manager
Salary: £24,000 per annum
Hours: 9.30am-6.00pm
Location: Shoreditch (1 day a week WFH)
About the role:
The Exec will work on the client’s programmatic and above the line accounts including planning and execution, with guidance from an Account Director.
- Using technology such as DSPs and reporting tools such as Google Analytics to manage client campaigns
- Monitoring daily budgets and optimisations for main accounts
- Undertaking regular optimisation of campaign elements based on agreed KPIs for Banner, Video, YouTube, OOH, TV and Audio campaigns.
- Set up campaigns and creative for clients
- Carrying out actions identified in reports and calls with the clients
- Meeting with media owners and informing the agency about new innovations
- Generating ad hoc insights and providing analysis for clients
- Weekly & Monthly internal and client reporting
- Face to face meetings with clients
- Bringing new ideas based on insight to client’s media plans
The ideal candidate is:
- Willing to learn, get stuck in and be proactive
- Numerate and comfortable manipulating data sets
- Good communicator, showing what data means and how we are actioning it
- Ability to think creatively to problem solve for clients
- Diligent and with attention to detail
- Team player
